HP x3000 Wireless Mouse : quick review

Bought for around £10 from Asda

My opinion :

HP x3000 mouse

The mouse was to a decent standard I expect from HP. It worked straight away from putting in the nano transmitter in a USB port. If there is any 'connect' problems, there is a small 'connect' button in the back which will hopefully solve it. The mouse did not seem to have any noticeable 'blackspots' for connection, and was very receptive to moving the
arrow around. Scroll wheel was fast. It's a basic 2 button mouse so I am not aware of any extra things it can do. I had no problems with connection and am sure it can work from quite a distance. I didn't try it on any 'mouse unfriendly' surfaces such as textiles, but it seemed to work very good on normal flat surfaces. It says it can work on most surfaces. I would say it weighs around 110g with battery inside. Nothing annoying about it

Final comment :

HP x3000 mouse

I prefer trackball mice (or in future, trackballs in keyboards), but for those who are looking for an inexpensive  decent, quick, good stan
dard basic 2 button and scroll wheel wireless mouse that should work straight from the box, there is nothing about the HP X3000 I could say that would put me off.
