Inman aligner : First option for correcting front teeth crowding/profusion ?

I've been reading about types of dental braces available to correct teeth that are not level.

One brace that sticks out is the Inman aligner
supposed benefits :
It's relatively cheap (say about £1000-£1500 ? $1641-$2462 ?)
They are meant to correct in about 12-16 weeks
You can take them out but should wear them about 20 hours a day

Downside :
They only work for front teeth
May need back up braces after use (for a period)

Certainly something worth looking at if you are trying to correct squinty teeth

Inman align website :   http://www.inmanaligner.com/

The website has a list of dentists who use the product.

Alternative : Invisalign is a dearer alternative which works for all teeth but takes much longer and is more expensive. The brace can hardly be seen.
